After checking a couple of other cabinet shops in the area I stopped by Elegant Stone & Cabinets. I worked with Natalie who helped with the layout plans to design my new kitchen cabinets. She was pleasant, professional, and patient throughout the process which took some time as I finalized my ideas about what I wanted to do. The cabinets were delivered on-time but the quartz slabs had to be sent back since the colors didn't quite match. The replacement slabs turned out to match better in color and shade. Overall, I was quite happy with the quality of the product and the service I received from both Natalie and her colleagues.

To begin with, their customer service is excellent. This is a very tightly woven team. Natalie checked things 3 to 4 times before things got started. Very accurate about costs and possible uncertainties about the house before we got started. She called a day before for a heads up for installation and an hour before the day of. The installation crew did an excellent job, Attention to detail, everything fit perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great job, takes responsibility, and problem free for the consumer.
